Dart Competition

Bull’s eye! Again. And again. And yet again!! That is how the darts flew from our students’ nimble fingers and landed right on target!

The event was a dart competition organized by the Greenwich University on the occasion of its silver Jubilee as part of a series of programs.

Darts, a recreational activity and sport that evolved in the 20th century is a form of throwing game in which darts are thrown at a circular target (Dart Board) fixed to a wall.

Eight of our students participated in the competition, four boys and four girls. Out of 16 girls, Insiya Khuzaima of 6A won the first position while Arwa Khuzema bagged the third.
In the boys’ competition, out of 16 boys , Hussain Saifuddin of 6A came second by a very slim margin while Ibrahim Mukhi of 6B won the third position.

On arrival at the Greenwich University premises our students stood out from amongst the crowd on account of their unique uniform. They then created a buzz of inquiry on account of their marvelous performance. Miss Mehvish our sports teacher, who accompanied the students, glowed with pride and could hardly contain herself as her students were heaped with praise and congratulations.

Congratulations, students, you do us proud!

May you always hit bull’s eye in all your goals and aspirations in life.
